Two Invitation Suites for One Marriage, and Both Were Gorgeous!

The Couple

How They Met

We met at work, and were friends for the first 10 years! Then one day our friends in common cornered me to ask, why the heck aren’t you and Marc dating?!? I didn’t have a good answer… we just hadn’t every looked at each other that way. Until we did, and the rest is, as they say, history.

What They Like to do Together

Everything is better together! Travel, shop for antiques and cool rocks, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends. Marc’s originally from Maryland so we get to travel there a couple times each year to see his family. We like history and old fashioned, antique-y things.

How the Proposal Happened

At the tail end of a dream vacation to Scotland, Czech Republic and England, he proposed while we were in London, steps away from Hyde Park & Kensington Palace.

The Main Invitation

This suite was a little different because there were two different sets of invitations. Kelli and Marc had two different events, therefore, they needed two different sets of invitations. They had a small private ceremony with very close friends and family. This suite included laser cut pockets and a beautiful acrylic painted set of florals. They ended up shifting way more towards the navy color palette than the burgundy, and I loved how they turned out.

The other set for the bigger celebration had a classic monogram. We carried the two main fonts on both invitation suites and I like how they are both different but compliment each other.
