Navy grey wedding invitations

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you had some time to sit back and relax today, and get ready for the week ahead. The invitation reveal this week features my soon to be sister-in-law and my brother in law! Jackie and Ryan’s wedding is at an art museum in Cleveland, OH. The bridesmaids will be in navy and the groomsmen in grey. They are keeping the aesthetic classic with a lot of greenery and white flowers and their invitations portrayed this theme very well.

Letterpress is my favorite style of printing. It is classic, looks sophisticated, and exudes quality. Jackie opted for the double ply for all three of her cards which gave them a firm, thick feeling. I would always suggest this for all of my clients because it really takes any card to the next level. For a budget friendly option, you could always do double/triple ply on the main invitation and then do a thinner card for the RSVP/insert card(s).

Ryan and Jackie also had a mailing envelope along with an inner envelope. This was to protect the invitation and they made the inner envelope more personal by hand writing the actual invited guests names on the front. This is a great way to invite your guests and not their children without any confusion. It is the easiest way to make it very clear on who is/who isn’t invited to the wedding.

It’s always fun getting to work on paper goods for people I know in real life. I hope that Jackie and her family love the invitations she got for her wedding and that they hold on to them for a very long time after.

Until next week,
xoxo Gossip Girl. Jk it’s just Jordin 🙂
