Merry Christas Eve, loves! Thanks for dropping by for another invitation reveal. These are definitely one of my favorites for 2018! I know I say this all the time, but these beige bad boys are so pretty – I love them! Our 2018 calendar is filling up very quickly, so make sure you submit your inquiry soon if you are looking to get on our design schedule! Anyways, this beige suite is just so soft & feminine it screams wedding! The bride, Gabby, sent me pictures of bouquets before we started designing and told me she was using white, beige, ivory for her colors. She emphasized how important it was for her invitations to feel soft and romantic early on. So, we used elegant script calligraphy lettering and paired it with a crisp, small serif font for the details.
We designed her Save the Dates when we did the rest of her suite. Some couples opt for this, while others want to do the Save the Dates first and deal with the invitations later on. Either way works for us, but it is always nice for couples to see everything all together at one time! I really love seeing couple’s engagement photos, so whenever they want to include them on their save the dates I always do a little happy dance behind my computer :). Gabby and Mark were no different. All of their photos were so incredibly perfect, we struggled to pick between 4 different ones. But, this is the one that made the final cut! Aren’t they adorable?!
Since doing these invitations, we have done them in dusty blue, navy blue, a lavender-y purple color and green. They really are the perfect feminine invitation that will work with any color palette! Let us know what you think of these in the comments below!
