What was your favorite part of the day?

It’s nearly impossible to pick a favorite part of the day! But one of my favorite memories was right after the ceremony when the photographers took Jay and me away to capture some pictures of our first few moments together as husband and wife! It was so surreal and the pictures turned out insanely gorgeous!

Is there anything that you would change looking back on it?

I really can’t think of anything that I would change looking back! What was most important for us was having all of our loved ones around celebrating with us! We were so blessed by the people around us who helped make our day perfect and it was everything we could have asked for and more!

What advice would you give to new brides?

The best piece of advice that I was given as a new bride was given to me by one of my best friends. She encouraged me to really embrace the engagement season and to make every aspect of wedding planning a DATE. It is so easy to get caught up in the details of wedding planning, but to really soak in that time of my life and make the most of it was something that stuck with me. Now I make sure to always pass on this advice to my friends when they become newbrides
